Does the product and/or installation void factory warranty?
Under the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, a vehicle manufacturer may not make its vehicle conditional on the use of any brand of security/remote starter system unless the manufacturer provides the system free of charge, or the Federal Trade Commission has specifically published that only vehicle manufacturer's product may be used.

Does the price include parts and labour?
Every job is different, but most times yes.

Can i get it cheaper elsewhere?
Chances are yes, there is always somewhere that is the cheapest, but you have to consider the product, features, services and warranty available from the facility.

How long is your warranty on the product and the install?
Warranty varies from job to job, but the average is 3 years on the product, and lifetime on the installation for the original purchaser.

Why should I get my work done at Sar Sound?
We always strive to provide a better product/service, at a better price.

What is the quality of the products you use and of the installation?
The Quality of the products varies, from good to excellent. We test all of the products in our own vehicles before we present them to the customer. The install is always thoroughly tested, and checked and rechecked before the vehicle is released to you.

How long will it take?
There is no straight answer to this question. An approximate time will be given as to how long it will take, and we will do our best to have the vehicle done on time.

Will my vehicle be kept inside?
If a vehicle has to kept inside we do our best to accommodate that need.

Is the company licensed and insured?
Absolutely, every installer is fully licensed, or if an apprentice is used the install is checked over fully by a licensed installer before being released to the customer and full insurance is in play on the vehicle, and the installer working on it.

Can you pick up and deliver vehicles?
Normally no, but depending on the circumstances, we rarely are able to.

Do you have an emergency service?
We do, but there are prerequisites that have to be met, and a fee will be attached.

What does 'SAR' stand for in Sar Sound & Performance?
SAR are the initials of the owner/founder of Sar Sound and Performance (R. Shawn Atkinson), and is in no way related to the medical terms 'SARS'.
